One of the top things that you would not miss about the traditional employment is the commute. The average time which is taken to commute from your home to the workplace is approximately 26 minutes. You would, therefore, be spending about an hour each day traveling to work. In other words, this is to say that will be spending nearly 1/24 parts of your day driving to a job or being driven because a day only has 24 hours. Another thing you should note is that the time you spend to commute to work is not inclusive of the time which you took to prepare before leaving for work. You should not forget that sometimes you will encounter emergency situations that may lead to flat tires or blowouts which will delay you on the road. When you delay on the road, your boss will constantly call you to know why you are late and this is why it is a good idea to take the risk and freelance full-time.
